Returns and Replacements

We will reship your TUNG brush if it is damaged or lost in the mail.
Please contact us if you’ve waited longer than 10 days in the U.S. and 45 days internationally and we’ll replace your order.
If you’re unsatisfied with your TUNG brush, send it back to us within 30 days for a full-refund (non-applicable for a FREE promotion).

When you place an order on the TUNG website you must pay for your order by credit card. These services were chosen because they are well established, totally secure, and safe. You can be sure that the transaction will be correct and that you will receive the exact product you ordered.

When we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without such child’s parent or guardian’s consent, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
